Micholandia started with a simple, stubborn craving: the need for real Mexican ice cream in the Midwest. We weren't looking for the neon-colored, artificial stuff found in grocery store freezers. We wanted the dense, rich texture of authentic artisanal ice cream and the explosion of flavor you only get from ripe, seasonal fruit.
In 2022, we opened our doors with a promise: If we wouldn't feed it to our own family, we won't serve it to yours.
What began as a passion project has quickly blossomed into a beloved destination across Minnesota and Texas. But no matter how much we grow, our kitchen rules remain the same: chop the fruit, pour the cream, and love the process.
